Easy Octa-Cube Bead

A supremely easy bead to tie together! However, unlike the original "octa-cube" (patterns #3110 or #3796), these beads cannot be strung through holes on the "points;" rather, they're strung on the diagonal and so hang more like jacks than as spinning tops. However, the instructions explain how to adapt them as focal pendants or beads for lariats and bead ropes. Don't have a $40 lamp bead handy when you need one? Make an Octa-Cube!
